ABOUT
Sunae-ya is a sand art specialty shop by sunae artist Naoshi, who has been working obsessed with the medium since 2004, from a desire to share the joy of sand art with as many people as possible.
Guided by our concept of “spreading the joy of sunae around the world!” we have sold sand art kits, led workshops, and participated in events and exhibitions in Japan, the U.S., U.K., Taiwan, Thailand, and Korea.
Sunae-ya's sand art kits are available at museums, galleries, and gift shops such as the Hammer Museum (Los Angeles), the Asian Art Museum (San Francisco), the Blanton Museum of Art (Austin), and Hopscotch Portland (Portland).
